It's a very nice retreat center in Dresden. The rooms are pretty basic, but they are comfy. The neighborhood around it is also nice, and you can take a walk at some of the woods around it.

This is a Christian retreat center, but in Germany, drinking is not a big deal among many Christians, so don't be surprised to see beer in the retreat center's fridge at the dining area.

Im Rahmen einer Veranstaltung des Formats "Stipendiatinnen und Stipendiaten machen Programm" der Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes durften wir ein Wochenende in der Evangelischen Tagungs- und Freizeitstätte Dresden verbringen. Wir würden herzlich und warm empfangen und auch die telefonsiche Kommunikation zuvor war bereits herausragend: auf alle Wünsche wurde konsequent eingegangen und während der Tagung stets freundlich mit uns umgegangen.
Die Tagungsräumlichkeiten sind fantastisch geeignet und bieten sich durch ihre Ausstattung auch für hybride Veranstaltungen an.
Die Zimmer im Gästehaus waren spartanisch eingerichtet, wie man es von einem Gästehaus erwartet, haben aber durch und durch ihren Zweck erfüllt und eine angenehme Schlafstätte geboten.
Das Essen hatten wir vegan bestellt und es wurde wunderbar auf uns eingegangen. Selbst für einen veganen Grillabend wurde, ohne Aufpreis, alles zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Qualität des Essens war ebenfalls für den Preis unschlagbar.

Insgesamt haben sich alle Teilnehmende sehr wohl gefühlt, da die Atmosphäre gestimmt hat. Vielen Dank für ie Gastfreundlichkeit!

Großes Platzangebot für Schulungen und Tagungen. W-LAN im gesamten Bereich verfügbar, somit sind auch Hybrid Veranstaltungen möglich.

Im Gästehaus gibt es sogar barrierefreie Zimmer, im Übrigen sind beide Häuser barrierefrei gestaltet.
