A quintessential European 5 star beauty of a hotel. Everything about this property met or exceeded our every need. The location is delightful, right in a pretty square, with a church ringing the hours. An easy 5 min walk to the river, with unbelievable panoramic views of the Dresden skyline and an easy 15 min walk to all the central Dresden sights. The spa, on the top floor, is large (400 sq m), clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is both gourmet and delicious. The towels, sheets and bedding are top quality with outstanding thread count and exceeded our expectations and comparable experiences. The service was outstanding, from the welcome beverages upon arrival, to the dining room, to the spa and every step in between. Top service at a top hotel. Highly recommend this property for a quiet experience just a 15 min walk from the crowded city center. We had a glorious visit and cannot wait to return.

Top quality service. Strangely the room did not have a kettle in it when we arrived, but they were quickly able to supply one. Breakfast food incredibly high standard ????

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic area to access all sights. Lovely customer service
Unfortunately we did not have breakfast as it is 30 euros per head which we could not justify.

Awesome. The hotel gave a very classic, formal and elegant vibe. The staff were very nice and friendly which is really impressive.

This is a truly great hotel with charming staff and delicious food. The front of house team are exceptional particularly Emelia, Connie and Benjamin. The food though delicious does not really cater for veggies and it would be great if the menu could change slightly as for 5 days it became rather boring if you can not eat meat or dairy and are stuck with the same 2 possibilities. They did have oat milk which was a bonus and the friendliness of Frau Kaisser and Yousel from Morroco in the F and B team was great to experience. The beds are super comfortable and towels top quality. The rooms are of an excellent standard and good size too. But it would be even better if the curtains ...form over function...actually could be drawn to block out all the light. Also do ask when you check in if you could be in a room away from visitors with dogs as we had 2 late nights disturbed by 4 yapping dogs. We will return as overall it was a great experience.
