We waited for more than 20 min to order although it was not busy and 3 different waiters/waitresses were walking around. Other tables around us were also ignored.
Once we were able to order, the waitress barely showed interest and overall kept the interaction to a bare minimum. Instead of going here, I’d rather check out all the friendly, smaller places who seem to care about their customers

It's not my favourite place, but it have two levels downstairs a bar where you can smoke and drink,upstairs the main restaurant dogs are allowed within reason as well.

My wife and I have been visiting this place whilst living in Dresden few times for a drink on the walk about. Last time we were there on Sunday 5th July @8pm the waitress somehow managed to charge us 19 Euros for a happy hour cocktail and a large beer. Yes 19 Euros, until I looked the receipt again and I thought this cant be right, knowing the prices around in the area. When I called the waitress to explain herself she had not much to say, I could read from the body language that what did she do was "theft" clear theft, not even a word of an apology. She got her purse out and refunded the extra charge paid by card 6.30 Euros and run way as nothing had happened. We left wondering how many other visitors, residents and other non Germans were being violated in this manner by poor shameful staff ! Boys n' Girls watch out your bill next time u go there. One word pathetic !!

So this place is for smokers. Good thing. I asked if I could pay by credit card and they said yes of course. Grumpy staff. In the end the didn’t let me pay by credit card cause you can use a card from 10€ and above. Location is really good but I would not recommend it

Nice place, but about cocktail happy hours, buy one get two, you get two of the same cocktail and they bring them at the same time.. Doesn't make much sense..

Excellent place for a chill out beer after a busy day. Great service from the personnel. Good prices

Very unpolite staff. We encounter 2 very rude waitresses who made our bar experience a bad one in general. Don’t recommend this bar!
