A pleasant stay for our drive back home from France. Friendly staff, easy parking, facilities were excellent. Our room was perfect for the night, though the beds were a bit on the firm side, and due to poor air circulation I noticed some mould on the bathroom ceiling. I think this hotel is used a lot by BVB fans as it is close to the stadium. Walk a few blocks into the city and there are some nice restaurants.

The morning breakfast buffet was very nice, unfortunately they ran out of oranges by the time I decided to have some fresh squeezed juice, but my partner got some and she liked it.

Omg we just loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was high, large and comfortable! Shower had so much option, not to mention the spa! That is amazing.. unfortunately the Turkish steambath wasn't working but other than that the spa was soooo good. To top it off, we took a dive in the huge beautiful pool, we had all to ourselves. Yes we recommend this hotel so much. You are in the city by car in less than 8 min. Perfect getaway hotel

Incredible, all the employees are really nice. They can speak English so if you are from another country, it's perfect. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The exact same rooms have different amount of shampoo, soap.
A little far away from center.
Personel is polite. And they love Ukrainians :)

The receptionist Mustafa B. — is unprincipled, rude and arrogant!
He doesn’t like Ukrainian people, especially women…. Mustafa will destroy not only your impression of the Raddison Blu Hotel Dortmund, also your whole impression of Germany!
The inappropriate behaviour shows his lack of qualification and low level of communication skills.

Moustafa B. is a bright example of an unskilled receptionist without any customer orientation skills.

Arrogance, rudeness, and nonprofessionalism are the only qualifications he can provide for customers!
