Being an American I thought that maybe it was just me, but looking at other reviews I experienced a lot of the same. I got locked inside the gym, some staff lady was extremely rude to me when I tried to speak German but not very well, and what do they pay their staff for? They do absolutely nothing at the front desk, weights are everywhere fit/one is cheaper, cleaner, and has better equipment. You got competition I suggest you act like you actually care about keeping your customers.
