Only stayed there for one night at the weekend for the Comic Con right around the corner but I had a great time. Simple check in, no problems with adding breakfast to our reservation (we had a room for three people) and a small but yet comfortable room. WiFi, TV and a small bathroom were all included, the breakfast in the community room downstairs was very good! Will definitely come back for another event in this area ????????

Budget hotel. Basic but ok for one night.
Price / quality in balance.

It is a basic Bu0026B as the name says it, the rooms are quite on the small side i was expecting the wardrobe and hangers to be limited so thank i brought my own additional hangers.

its clean the comforters however are a bit small so are the single beds.

I believe due to safety issues the front desk doesn't have an iron and an ironing board on demand.

The breakfast is decent is it worth the money its debatable.
The best thing going for it is that its in a walking distance to the Dortmund fair, and two nice and kind ladies Anne and Layla who were cheerful and helpful

The rooms were very small and could only hold two adults. They do have rooms for families but the children must be u003cu003d12 years old. My daughters were too old, so we were forced to get two separate rooms, and the rooms had two twin beds each. Breakfast was only €8 and had a decent selection of foods. If you are going to Signal Iduna Park, this hotel is only a 5-minute walk away. There is a tram stop across the street and it takes 15 minutes to get to the city center. If you need the bus, the bus stop is about 500m away (Google Maps shows a bus stop right in front, but we didn't see this in June 2019). The staff spoke good English and were very helpful in instructing us how to use public transit. Because you pay when you check in and they give you a numeric code as a room key, there is no need to check out when you leave. The only complaint I have is that the WiFi was very weak in our room.

I stayed at this Hotel while I was attending a conference at the nearby Conference Centre. It is only about 5 or 10 mins walk between the two, so is a great location. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The Breakfast is certainly worth the money and is an 'all you can eat' style, so you can have a large breakfast and save on your lunch!! If you are visiting Dortmund to see the centre of the City, there is a tram station opposite the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay here. We arrived after hours and had a bit of trouble checking in because the machine said it didn't recognize the name or number of the reservation. We still got to our room where it was really nice and quiet. Very nice place to stay for a night or two
