I don't have anything bad to say about the food, as it is nice Italian food. Nothing is out of the ordinary, pizza, pasta, blah blah blah... i just don't like when the waiters start talking politics with me. Someone has to tell them their role in that scenario...(their boss i guess)

The chairs outside are very pleasant to sit on. The menue is rich with different options also for vegetarians. We ordered a Margherita and a BBQ pizza. The Margherita was below average. The BBQ on the other hand was very delicious. Spicy but delicious. The pizzas are thin and crispy but very big. Maybe one might be enough for two. The pizza was crunchy. One of the best in Dortmund. Will go there again.

Delicious Italian food, good variety of menu, big portions. Huuuge Pizza - can easily be shared by 2-3 people, very good wine and friendly staff. Do not forget to book a table, especially for dinner at weekends. Very crowded and vivid atmosphere. Recommended!

Terrible service.
Went here for lunch with a friend. Looked not busy.
In short, every step of the process took ridiculously long time. Ordering, getting the drinks to the table, the food, the bill. For the bill my friend asked 5 different waiters to bring it and even went inside to pay, and everyone just said “1 second” and than goes on to do something else.
Simply TERRIBLE service.

On the other note, the food wasn’t too special and on the pricier end for what you get. Not recommended.

Just had a lovely Quattro Formaggi pizza here with an Insalata Campagnola.. top quality food and service... the restaurant is just outside the Mercure City Centre which is a bonus.. Nice musical ambience with quiet latin jazz in the background.. what's not to like... with a Limoncello to round the evening off.. a nice way way to celebrate Dortmunds win tonight.. ????

Read the reviews. One of them mentioned that the food wasn't hot enough. The rest seemed pleased. So we tried the place. Friendly staff. The location is nice, view of City Hall. Enough seatings although it was mentioned that it is always busy.
There are kids seats available. The menu seemed okay, emphasis on the pizza. The pizza is huge by the way. I had the lasagna. Both the pizza and lasagna were not really hot. It was warm, you could eat it directly but it it would soon cool off. I would like to get it hot, that you have to wait a bit but it will stay warm all the way through. So this was a let down.
But mentioning the earlier review about this, it happens more than once.
The taste of the food is okay but nothing more, I was not convinced.

Perfect place for a sunny Sunday afternoon, big terace overlooking Friedensplatz. Flavourful Italian dishes with quality ingredients. We were lucky enough to be there on the asparagus season to have their tasty soup and pizza on the weekly menu. Fast and friendly service, the cucina is opened to viewers and one can trace the order while in progress ????. A pet friendly space (inside/outside), the interior is a industrial and traditional italian mixture. Will come back for sure or look for other locations in this chain.
