Great location and good sized clean rooms. The only issue was the aircon, as there was a temp. Unit in place, which was making too much noise and not really cooling the room.
Other than that all great. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice pillows ????

Nice rooms, although our room seemed almost incomplete the way it was set up. The minifridge was just in the open on the floor plugged in. Missing outlets by the bed. But the size of the rooms are generous. Breakfast was good. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The heat in the main area's was on which was unusual as it was very warm. Location can't be beat directly beside the Haupbahnhof and only a 5 minute walk to the Altmarkt and other great shopping. We walked about 30-40 minutes to Signal Iduna Park.

I was really happy about this hotel, nice room and good cleaning.
Anyway there's something that I didn't understand, I booked a room for 2 people but we found the towels and blankets for only one person.

Great hotel, really clean, the staff was really friendly and nice. The room was a bit cold and I raised the issue for this but no one checked it out. Otherwise I suggest this place.

We were traveling from Poland to the Netherlands and had planned to stop in Hannover, Germany. When we arrived at our hotel, we were told we would need to get covid tested to stay the night. The line was very long and wrapped around the building outside. We have a young baby and it was nearly time for her to go to sleep. We decided to cancel our reservation and continue driving towards home. We contacted the Hotel NH one hour before our arrival and they were able to get us a room accommodation and had it set up with a baby bed upon arrival. We were impressed with the room. The room had many features that we liked i.e. clean, modern, good lighting, plenty of room to move around, mini fridge, windows that opened for fresh air, good shower pressure, no carpet. The only minor negative was the mattress. It was slightly uncomfortable. The breakfast was included in our room cost and it was tasty.

Air-conditioning wasn't working in the room. Tv not connected to the internet which was super slow ( 2 Mbps! ). Premium WiFi for 10 euro a day, premium speed of 8 Mbps! Back to 2001..... Did refund the WiFi charge though, and the girls at the reception were super friendly and helpful. Overall though not recommended.

WORST EVER HOTEL!

- Taking your payment 2 times from your creditcard.
- Cleaning lady comes into your room without any knocking even when there is a “do not disturb” sign on your door.
- No information about the city or the hotel itself.
- had to change rooms 3 times because they don’t have the right information on their website.
- They barely speak English
- They clean your room only once in a few days (I stayed for 9 nights, only 3 days they cleaned the room, asked to get it done every day)

In my opinion it is the worst hotel ever and definitely not worth the 4 stars.
