Good hotel with comfortable but a bit boring rooms. Decent prices. Great shower. Very good restaurant with good menu for a decent price. Breakfast buffet too expensive, so we went elsewhere. Parking at the hotel parking expensive, if you are early you can park in the street next to the hotel.

The space is nice and clean. The food is great and the staff is very good.
But the clients are noisy...I had noise at 00h00, 2 am, 4 am and then at 6 am people start to wake up and also nake a lot of noise
So if you are reading this, please remember to respect the other clients. For those who are working, it is very important to rest

Good 3 star hotel with the basics. Super friendly staff. After 3 days in the hotel, the breakfast gets a bit boring, but it is OK. Bread and eggs could be improved, but they are ok.

Before booking, take a look into google maps. This place is in the middle of nothing, kind of between the Stadium and the University, but not really close to either. The closest train or metro station is 10-15 min walking. There is a bus stop, but very limited service on the weekends.

Next time I'll book another hotel.

The hotel offers very basic accommodation. You could stay at the youth hostel for 1/3 of the price and have the same level of comfort.

The cleanliness of the room was OK, but not good.

The room was small, but on the other hand the bath room appeared to be unnecessaryly large.

Be aware the they charge 7.5% local tax in action to the room charge which is not included in prices you'll see online. That and 6€ for parking per night means you may want to look for another place that offers better value.

Unfortunately we paid in advance and had no other option for our one night in Dortmund. Very annoying.

Hotel has a great breakfast for 14EUR. Restaurant and bar is good. I had 2 meals and both were very good.
Downsides are 1. The WiFi because you have to log off one device before logging on with a second. It's a pain. 2. The rooms are noisy you can hear the person coughing next door.
