Good hotel, great rooms. Good for one night. The self check-in quite confusing, even if all is good explained. The parking is private, so a remarkable point. Check-out with car a bit uncomfortable, because you don't have a place to leave the car while doing the checking. Neighbourhood quite strange, not a lot of Germans there.

I would totally give a thorough review but we never even got in as we weren't given a code for the key drop box and nobody answered a single one of the four (!) different phone numbers posted on the door. Yay for being stranded at 3.30am after an 8 hour drive.

The room was ok, the location was fine, price was decent..the best part for me about this hotel was the excellent staff, they were wonderful! And breakfast was nice.

It is a very nice hotel near to the city centre, aprox. 15 min. walk is the main railway station. U - bahn is right next to the hotel. Breakfast very nice and delicious. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The only negative thing what we have experienced was the low signal of the wi-fi. It wasn’t working all the time.
Great choice when going to Dortmund:)

Friendly staff on arrival and throughout the visit. Very clean, cosy and quiet room. Would recommend and come back.

All was good, a bit small room but clean. 12 minutes walk to the town center. Discount stores nearby. Good continental breakfast.

When you need room and its cheapest around.
Its my second stay.
Good private parking!
