Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen… war im Februar dort und wollte blonder werden aber trotzdem noch einen Übergang zum Ansatz… anstatt dies wurde ich komplett blond ohne Ansatz..! Dazu kommt dass die frisch blondierten Strähnen oben und vorne nicht blond sondern gelb sind während der Rest meiner Haare einen „normalen kühlen“ Ton hat… dies konnte man leider nicht direkt erkennen, da es beim verlassen des Salons bereits dunkel war… auf meine Reklamationsanfrage über Telefon würde diese direkt abgelehnt und das ohne nochmal drüber zu schauen, da ja wohl „klar“ war, dass das keine Reklamation ist und ich für eine Veränderung bzw. eher eine Berichtigung trotzdem nochmal zahlen muss..

Ich war schoneinmal dort vor ca. 2 Jahren und habe mir balayage machen lassen, das Ergebnis war damals gut und die Kosten lagen bei ca. 180 € was ich völlig in Ordnung fand. Dieses Mal wollte ich genau das gleiche, und es wurde auch genau das gleiche gemacht. Meine Haarlänge war ebenfalls gleich und Olaplex wurde auch bei beiden malen bei mir benutzt. Ich werde nie wieder dorthin gehen. Als Studentin wurde mir da mehr als mein halbes Gehalt abgenommen.

Volle Sterne bin zum 3 mal da und immer zufrieden. 100 mal besser wie die günstigen Frisöre, freundliche Bedienung super Beratung. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Vor allem fühle ich mich dort wohl.
