It is also a pity that there are no toilets in the Backwerk branches. I see that as a major disadvantage. There is also indoor and outdoor seating. Isn't that a legal requirement? Unfortunately I don't know exactly.

Ich mag Backwerk wirklich sehr, es gibt leckeren Kaffee und tolle Snacks. Allerdings steht man in diesem Backwerk oft vor leeren Regalen und wenn man nachfragt, dann wird einem gesagt das es nichts mehr gibt. Andere Filialen haben zu solch einem Zeitpunkt wesentlich mehr Auswahl zu bieten siehe Hörde Bf.

Man sollte sich vielleicht auch mal überlegen wie es für Kunden ankommt, wenn die Mitarbeiter lieber mit ihrem Smartphone beschäftigt sind. Macht leider nicht den besten Eindruck und meiner Ansicht nach hat ein Smartphone während der Arbeit nichts zu suchen. Das kann man gerne weiter hinten im Laden machen, sodass niemand etwas mitbekommt.

Leider lässt auch die Sauberkeit ein wenig zu wünschen übrig bzgl. der Tische. Aber ich kann auch verstehen das man nicht die Zeit hat nach jedem Gast einmal drüber zu wischen.
Schlimmer finde ich jedoch jeden einzelnen Kunden der meint seine Sachen auf den Tischen stehen lassen zu müssen. Sowas gehört sich einfach nicht!!!! Schämt euch für euer Verhalten!!!

Schade ist zudem noch, das es in Backwerk Filialen keine Toiletten gibt. Das sehe ich als großen Nachteil an. Zudem man drinnen und draußen Sitzplätze anbietet. Ist sowas nicht sogar gesetzlich vorgeschrieben? Ich weiß es leider nicht genau.
