Vor ca. 4-5 Jahren habe ich mich in der Fight-Lounge angemeldet. Leider kam es damals schon zu Missverständnissen wegen des Beitrages. Habe ich aber hingenommen und anfangs auch wirklich gerne dort trainiert. Trainer wie Jermaine und Nat haben das Training wirklich gut gestaltet. Es folgte die Kündigung meinerseits. Nach ein paar Monaten ohne Leistung habe ich die Zahlungen eingestellt. Es folgten wirre Zahlungserinnerungen und einseitige Versuche den Vertrag zu verlängern. Die Fightlounge und auch ich haben einen Anwalt hinzugezogen .

Bis zum November 2021 bestand die FL darauf das meine Vertragslaufzeit hinten angehangen wird und ich voll nachzahlen soll.
Ich forderte mein Geld zurück das ich im Lockdown gezahlt habe.

Die Anwälte verständigten sich darauf das die Entscheidung vom BGH abgewartet wird.

Als diese kam entschied ich mich für den persönlichen Kontakt zur FL und habe gefragt ob wir uns dieses Mal ohne Anwälte einigen könnten.

Plötzlich kam die Antwort das mein Vertrag schon lange beendet sei und ich niemals einer Verlängerung o.ä. Widersprochen hätte. Das ist natürlich nicht wahr .

Die Kommunikation um Vertragsangelegenheiten ist wirklich schwierig und leider widerspricht sich die FL auf vielen Ebenen.

Leider hat sich rückwirkend betrachtet der Beitrag nicht gelohnt. Es gab mehr negatives für mich als positives.

Das stimmt ja hinten und vorne nicht . Ihr wolltet den Vertrag einseitig verlängern . Nach anwaltlicher Klärung habt ihr weiterhin darauf bestanden . Jetzt habe ich recht bekommen und plötzlich behauptet ihr das das der Vertrag längst beendet ist . Ich werde nachher die Screenshots hierzu hochladen .

Die Privatstunden waren perfekt , nicht das Training im allgemeinen . Das war ok , aber den Preis nicht wert .

Antwort 2 : Auf Emails wird nicht reagiert, telefonisch ist die Geschäftsführung nicht zu erreichen.

Fast lustig wie seriös und kundenfreundlich ihr hier antworten möchtet und nichts einhaltet.
