The „iced“ frappiato was pathetic. It was near room temperature. It was sloppy made in terms of mixing. I only got a straw after asking. I asked for a lid for the mountain of whipped cream on top but they had none.
I really don’t write ratings but with this lacking product I had to :/

Staff mebers are very rude,went there to get a coffee and i have been treated with disrespect,I asked for latte he gave me americano and when i told him its wrong he filled up the cup with milk an I spilled the coffee everywhere,considering the coffee shop is situated in the airport you should treat your clients with respect and be more respectful

Staff not too friendly, and waaay overpriced. Food/coffee mediocre at best

I am always weary of franchises copying others, but this has to be the most awful location of this franchise.
Mean wait to for a coffee is two minutes, quality of the food is mediocre at the best of times, cheesecake was still frozen...

There was an older lady asking if she could take the water with her, the shop is in front of the security controls, and the girl behind the counter answered that she is not sure, hoping, I suppose, to make another € 2.90!!!!! sale, even if she knew that whay was asked was impossible.

Was really a great visit!

A very nice choice with comfy seats at the airport. I ate brownie cake and it was delicious. I wish they did not put cherry with its seed inside though. One could damage their teeth.
