Vor 14 Tagen brachte ich zwei Uhren zur Brogle nach Köln eine Belisar Mondphase Gold und eine Noramis von Union Glashütte. Der Empfang war freundlich zudem ich ja auch eine der Uhren dort erworben habe. Alles andere war unprofessionell die Dame wusste noch nicht mal wie man die Schließe öffnet bei der Belisar Mondphase und doktorte erst an dem Lederarmband rum. Daraufhin zeigte ich ihr wie man dieses öffnet. Nach knapp 14 Tagen rief ich dort an weil die Uhren zur Zentrale geschickt, um da in Augenschein genommen wurden und auf der Zeitwaage einreguliert wurden. Nach meinem Anruf teilte man mir mit, dass ich die Uhr abholen könnte. Darauf erwiderte ich, dass ich zwei Uhren abgegeben habe. Logischerweise fragte ich auch was an den Uhren letztendlich gemacht worden ist das konnte sie mir auch nicht sagen daraufhin rief ich selber in der Zentrale an ließ mich mit dem Uhrmacher verbinden und der konnte mir dann Auskunft geben. Am Abholtag bekam ich beide Uhren wieder ausgeliefert. Sauber machen und ein Finish hielt man wahrscheinlich nicht für nötig auch sehr unprofessionell, anschließend wurden beide Uhren in eine Luftfolie eingeschlagen und mir übergeben wieder sehr unprofessionell. Vielleicht bin ich auch ein bisschen verwöhnt wie zum Beispiel von Gadebusch, da hatte ich zeitnah den direkten Vergleich herstellen können. Lieb und nett reicht leider nicht, wenn die Kompetenz fehlt und man sich mit der Ware die man anbietet nicht besonders gut auskennt. Für mich auf jeden Fall sehr enttäuschend.

Nachdem ich die Union Glashütte noramis seit einigen Wochen wieder in Gebrauch habe, muss ich doch den Uhrmacher sehr loben denn meine Uhr auf der Zeitwaage hatte ich habe das jetzt über mehrere Wochen wie gesagt überprüft und stelle fest dass die in einer Woche nur 5 Sekunden vor läuft das ist ein absoluter Spitzenwert nochmals vielen Dank für den begnadeten Uhrmacher liebe Grüße Armin Tollkamp

Finanziell finde ich die Angebote attraktiv, allerdings scheint - wie mehreren Beurteilungen zu entnehmen ist, die Warenverfügbarkeit auf der Website nicht korrekt angegeben zu sein. Auch meine Uhr war dann statt in 2-3 Werktagen erst in "voraussichtlich 1-2 Wochen lieferbar", wie mir eine Woche nach Bestellung recht vage mitgeteilt wurde. So werden halt aus 2-3 Tagen eben 2-3 Wochen. Da die Uhr für ein Geschenk gedacht war, das zu einem Termin da sein musste, habe ich per Mail storniert. Darüber hätte ich noch hinweggesehen - leider wurde die zuvor gute und schnelle Reaktionszeit per Mail daraufhin sehr schlecht bzw. es wurde auf 2 Mails garnicht mehr reagiert seitens des Händlers. Geld zurück gab es erst, nachdem ich einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet habe. Das ist meines Erachtens nach unterm Strich vollkommen inakzeptabler Service.
