Schade, für einen 100€ Haarschnitt kann man mehr Service und Freundlichkeit erwarten. Als ich keine Produkte kaufen wollte sondern nur einen Haarschnitt ist die Freundlichkeit verschwunden. Als ich sagte, dass ich mir die Haare nicht gerne föhne wurde ich empört gefragt ob ich denn überhaupt einen Föhn besitzen würde.
Die Krönung war als eine andere Kundin den Laden betreten hat und sofort Kaffee, Wasser und Schokolade bekomme hat.
Mir wurde sowas nicht angeboten.

Zumindest war der Haarschnitt schön, aber der Service war nicht nur schlecht sondern unverschämt.

Vor vier Wochen war ich bei Maxime zum Strähnen. Die Farbe ( Strähnen versch. Blondtöne) ist super schön geworden. Die Haare haben einen tollen Glanz. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl mit der Farbe. Bitte nächstes mal wieder genau so :-)
Auch wenn ich ihre Mutter bin, macht das die Sache für Maxi nicht leichter, da ich bei meinen Haaren ( sehr feine Haare, die keine Fehler verzeihen ,weder bei Schnitt noch bei Farbe) richtig pingelig und bestimmt nicht pflegeleicht bin.
Daher heute ein großes Lob an dich Maxi. Vielen Dank, für deine tolle Arbeit !
