Well, seldom have I been treated worse as a customer. Went there to get an informed opinion about the next coffee machine we want to buy. I got the feeling to be judged on basis of my clothes (wearing jeans and a baseball hat), because I got some stink eye from the staff just when I entered the store... But, trying to keep an open mind, I started exploring and soon realized that this Etablissement is just a pure dealer for one brand of coffee machines - which reflected very strongly in the opinion of the lady who tried to "advise" me on the products. Never was I told about the components used (E61s a pro could tell), not about the different materials or pressure chambers. The ONLY thing I heard was pricing and that it is very expensive to buy such a machine.
I could have done with the opinionated assessment that they thought I don't have the money for one of their machines, if the service was educated about coffee machines at all - be as arrogant as you want, IF you have the skills/know how to back it. Unfortunately the staff's ego is writing checks their skills can't cash. Unfriendly, opinionated and very little selection. Definitely not a recommendation. I would rather drive to Dusseldorf than go here again....
