Well, seldom have I been treated worse as a customer. Went there to get an informed opinion about the next coffee machine we want to buy. I got the feeling to be judged on basis of my clothes (wearing jeans and a baseball hat), because I got some stink eye from the staff just when I entered the store... But, trying to keep an open mind, I started exploring and soon realized that this Etablissement is just a pure dealer for one brand of coffee machines - which reflected very strongly in the opinion of the lady who tried to "advise" me on the products. Never was I told about the components used (E61s a pro could tell), not about the different materials or pressure chambers. The ONLY thing I heard was pricing and that it is very expensive to buy such a machine.

I could have done with the opinionated assessment that they thought I don't have the money for one of their machines, if the service was educated about coffee machines at all - be as arrogant as you want, IF you have the skills/know how to back it. Unfortunately the staff's ego is writing checks their skills can't cash. Unfriendly, opinionated and very little selection. Definitely not a recommendation. I would rather drive to Dusseldorf than go here again....

Meine Frau und ich haben das Geschäft an einem Samstag aufgesucht, da bei mir der Wunsch nach einem "Siebträger" immer häufiger aufkam. Wir wurden in dem Geschäft sehr gut beraten und ich konnte, da die Geräte offen sind, mich mit dem Innenleben vertraut machen.
Da die Begeisterung bei uns am Wochenende nicht geringer wurde, haben wir am Montag ein Angebot per Mail angefordert und dann auch bestellt.
Einige Tage später erfolgte die Lieferung nach Hause, mit einem geprüften Siebträger und dazu eine gut eingestellte Kaffeemühle plus Zubehör. Es gab dann in unserer Küche noch eine ausführliche Einweisung an den Geräten.
Fazit: Die Beratung sowie den Service können wir mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen !

Der Kaffee wurde vor einigen Tagen vor unserem Supermarkt promotet. Mit dem Hinweis, das pro Kilo € 5 für ein Kinderhilfsprojekt gespendet werden, hab ich ein Kilo für 25€ gekauft. Ein Besuch auf der Homepage zeigte mir dann einen Kilopreis von unter € 20,61. Die Spende hab ich also selber gezahlt. So ein Verhalten finde ich schon dreist. Na ja, den Kaffee der eigentlich gut schmeckt, muss ich ja nicht mehr kaufen.

Ich bin langjährige Nutzerin einer Einkreislaufmaschine und las auf der Homepage, dass in diesem Laden GERNE beraten wird, da ich mir eine Zweikreislaufmaschine zulegen möchte. Weder wurde gerne beraten, noch glänzte die Dame durch Kompetenz. Das einzige was ich mehrfach gehört habe ist, wie teuer die Zweikreislaufmaschinen sind und das die Mühle min. 1/3 der Maschinenkosten betragen muss. Auch auf Rückfragen erfolgen keine Infomationen. Außerdem werden nur ECM Maschinen angeboten, anders als auf der Homepage angeboten. Eine Geschmacksvorführung erfolgte nur nach Bitten. Sehr inkompetentes und ignorantes Personal mit nicht vorhandenem Fachwissen.
