Ich habe den Vertrag im Januar für sechs Monate abgeschlossen, vor allem um in Sülz an den Geräten zu trainieren, sowie in Klettenberg Pole zu lernen (ab Frühjahr wegen dem Wetter, da hierfür knappe Kleidung notwendig ist). Ich habe extra bei Vertragsabschluss betont, dass diese beiden Studios für mich relevant sind. Man teilte mir natürlich nicht mit, dass das Studio in Klettenberg zum 31.03.2019 schließt. Die anderen Studios die Pole anbieten, sind deutlich weiter entfernt von meiner Wohnung und 55€/Monat nur für das kleine Studio in Sülz zu zahlen ist für mich unrentabel. Somit kündigte ich fristgerecht zum 31.03.2019 wegen Schließung. Diese Kündigung wird nun aber nicht akzeptiert, sodass ich das Anliegen sogar einem Anwalt übergeben muss. Sehr unprofessionell und absolut nicht kundenorientiert.
