I recommend everybody who loves reggae, dancehall and ska music to visit Summerjam festival in Cologne. Summerjam is definitely the biggest reggae festival of Europe. I stayed for a week at the festival and had a lot of fun. I enjoyed al the big names on stage.

This is my fourth year attending this amazing festival of love and unity,.Tickets were expensive and overpriced for the lack of decent facilities. Disappointed with the toilets and showers, in comparison to previous years, the toilets were disgusting, unsanitary and the worst by far.. Showers were expensive, food at the festival was overpriced. Less available drinking water stations. Security were not allowing others to take a drink in and letting others in. Disappointing to see no preparation for recycling points, not enough bins, seating areas to rest. No where to shelter from the rain. It would be nice to have the high standards from previous years. You can do alot better Summer jam, don't let greed spoil a beautiful experience for those traveling far and wide to attend. Show some Real Love to your faithful punters and don't take us for granted.

The Camping was great! You can shower and swim in the river:-) There was a good positive vibe on the festival with a lot of food! I will def come again! You can bring Herbs and smoke it in front of the police. No problems with that!

It is quite expensive for a music festival of just 1 weekend, but it was soooooo worth it! Stepping pon the Rastaman scene, the dance-halls, powerful artist's shaping our minds.

Not recommended for negative people. If you love music, good vibes and ganja, then fugetaboutit!

My 1st time at this event and it was a great experience, I will be definitely visiting this festival many times again over the next few years
