I would just understand if the place was full. But only 5 tables were occupied ... our small fruit plate took another 40 minutes. The service was nice, the lady on the phone for the reservation was not at all. For this reason alone, you don't feel like going there. That was the first and last time.

Das essen kam auch 2 Stunden zu spät.

Es ist wirklich sehr schade um die tolle Location. Der Service ist unfassbar schlecht organisiert! Die Kellnerinnen irren verwirrt rum oder stehen an der Theke und nur eine Person bringt einem das Essen. Wir haben noch nie so etwas erlebt. Man muss nach allem mehrmals fragen, sei es die Speisekarten, die Getränke, das falsch gelieferte Essen, die Rechnung, etc. Nichts funktioniert! Das Essen ist zwar schmackhaft, allerdings steht es in keinem Verhältnis zu den Preisen! Zudem braucht der Laden mal ne ordentliche Reinigung -angefangen von den Stühlen hin zu den WCs. Uns wurde ein Kinderhochstuhl gebracht, der noch voller Essensreste war! Sowas geht nicht! Schade, dass man hier das Potential nicht nutzt.

The water was too warm and the food was for approx. 120 people too tight. This is really embarrassing!

The store has so much potential but I won't recommend it to anyone.

Wir hatten dort letztes Jahr im Sommer unsere Hochzeit gefeiert .
Super schöne Location aber Mitarbeiter und die Dekomädels sind einfach nicht zu empfehlen .
Wurde viel versprochen aber da waren ca 60% was man abgemacht hatte waren nicht erfüllt . Zb . der DJ wurde vergessen , Blumenwand und vieles mehr war nicht vorhanden. Genau so was die dekomädels versprochen hatten das die Torte 1:1 wie auf dem Bild aussehen sollte . Es sollte eine Fondant Torte werden, an den Tag war es sowas wie eine Naked Torte und das sah echt Unprofessionell aus und total unsauber gemacht . Viele Deko Elemente hatten gefehlt .
Das Wasser war zu warm und das Essen war für Ca. 120 Leute zu Knapp. Das ist echt peinlich !

Der Laden hat so viel Potenzial aber ich werde das Nicht weiterempfehlen.
