Thanks to the nice Lady who was at the counter on 17/05/22. The booking system wasn’t working at all and she managed to get me the car I booked by bringing it in from another agency. Really great!

They simply cancelled the booking before my arrival!! HORRIBLE!! They don’t like their customers. It is the FIRST time in my entire life a station cancelled my booking without asking me!! They don’t know how to treat customers in a fair manner. Special mention to A.K., N.S., and P.J. For all of them, it seemed completely normal to cancel my booking. I had to take a taxi to a competitor station and then to book a car with them in a very short notice (AVIS in the airport that I fully recommend).

I rented more than 50 cars with Sixt, I am a Gold Customer, and it is the very last time I booked with them.
According to other bad comments below, it is not the first time they behave in such a way. Where is the supervisor ?!

Everything went good: the car was ready on time, the clerk gave all the needed information and was really friendly as well. No bad surprises on the price.
I had really a good time driving the rented car. And I would definitely recommend this agency (not like the one at the CGN airport).

Friendly staff member and great car. It was all perfect until I received the bill. Surprise surprise, I got charged for an EXTRA DAY despite returning the car as agreed. Shameless rip-off or someone made a major mistake at Sixt. Wouldn't use again.

Never fail to uphold the high standards of customer service they have always offered me. Really understanding and are also willing to go out of their way to ensure you are happy with the car you have - most definitely recommend to anyone thinking of hiring as you will not be disappointed!
