We visited this restaurant because it was recommended in the Michelin guide, although without a star. I have to say that it was a great disappointment. This restaurant either gives reason to be more skeptical of the Michelin guide, or the restaurant has drastically changed its staff and recipes since it received the recommendation. I ordered a salmon filet dish with vegetables. Although the quality of the fish was acceptable, the preparation yielded a stale and uncompassionate flavor. The sauce did not help much, since it was watery and practically without any taste. Again, the vegetables reminded me of canned or frozen vegetables. My wife ordered a pasta with clams. The spaghetti were clearly undercooked and even beyond molto al dente. Moreover, the clams were not thoroughly rinsed and my wife even bit on sand grains. As for the staff itself, the waitress, who served us, was indifferent, had an extremely bored look on her face and avoided any eye contact. As a side note: the restaurant only serves water or wine.
