Had the worst experience here... Honestly have gone to foot locker before in other cities and it was good. But my latest experience will stop me from ever going again. Workers were not aware of shoes they had, I asked for a shoe in another color and was told they didn’t have it, then saw the color shoe I wanted sitting on a shelf. When I switched color shoes they ended up giving me the wrong shoe Size and I had to come back after I already purchased it, then when I asked for my proper shoe size—they surprise, surprise—didn’t have it. They could only find one shoe in that size and couldn’t find the other ? What a mess! So I ended up getting the other color and when they handed me the box—The shoe didn’t have a sole in it!! I was sitting there like ”Are you serious ??“ Clearly annoyed and disgruntled that it took 2 hours to buy one pair of shoes. And never once did they offer anything to Me to makeup for it. Taking my business elsewhere.
