The Classic Chinburger was absolutely fantastic. The bun is crispy and the pulled pork just melts in your mouth. I loved the beef tongue salad (it's been a while since I had beef tongue) too.

I have been with my friend today. The atmosphere was nice the ramen bowls big, heavy and tasty and the burger was also ok

Very authentic hand-pulled noodles. The toppings (braised pork belly and thinly sliced spiced beef) are both very tender and well seasoned. The traditional Roujiamo (burger) is so good. You can taste the depth of the broth in which the pork was braised. The bun is fluffy and tender, with a thin crisp light golden crust. Fair warning: the portion sizes are huge... you will most definitely have enough left for another meal or two.

Quite decent and authentic Xian food and noodles. The roujiamo is especially delicious. Staffs are friendly.

西安菜。Xi'an cuisine. I can recommend the noodle soups and the lamb sticks. Nice and cozy Ambiente.

The food is just okay, while the service is a catastrophe. It takes like a century for the waiter to serve us, long enough for chin dynasty to extinct and replaced by Han dynasty. So I guess instead of chin burger, Hamburger is the more appropriate name. Until now I still can't understand how could the cook deal with Liang pi for a century.

Non existent service ???????? and the ‘burger’ isn’t worth €7.00 at all but the noodles are very good ????
