Excellent parking experience. If you buy KVB Ticket, parking is free of cost. Very close to city centre by tram.

It's a trap!!!
Entering before a concert was easy, but the way out was hell. There's a traffic light right at the exit that was green for 30 seconds and red for 2.5 min, in every interval only from 4-10 cars made it out. We were on the top floor, and it took us around 2 h to get out. We spent more time trying to get out of the parking than in the concert.
I expected that the security or police would lead the traffic out and ignore the f*** traffic light for 10 min! Then we would be all out fast!

Auf vorherige Nachfrage wird gesagt, die Öffnungszeit entscheidet der Veranstalter. Sehr merkwürdig, wenn eine Veranstaltung bis 22:30 Uhr gehen soll und das Parkhaus ab 22:15 Uhr nicht mehr zu verlassen ist. Werden dort nicht nochmal parken. Da kann man besser 7€ für das nächste Parkhaus zahlen, statt 2,50€ aber dann kommt man nicht raus.

Bei einem Konzert am 05.07.22 wurde man bei der Einfahrt darüber aufgeklärt dass das Parkhaus von 22.15h - 00.00 Uhr geschlossen wäre. Um 22.08 Uhr stand ich vor der Schranke um rauszufahren doch uns wurde die Ausfahrt von sehr unfreundlichem Personal verwehrt. Organisatorisch absolut inakzeptabel
