Terrible customer service. You’re in a central station, you’re expecting tourists I presume? So why does such establishment hire service staff who are racist?
Puts a bad name for a prestigious brand and a bad taste left in tourists.

Lovely and relaxing atmosphere in the store, really nice service, unique style of products and lots of choice. Great place for shopping!

One of the very few places in Germany that will actually offer proper customer service. Professional, friendly, and informative, this should be the norm in Germany, but unfortunately is not. For this reason I remain a long term customer and will probably continue to spend about 500 per year at this store.

Wonderful team and excellent services. As regular traveller I enjoy treating myself from time to time with one of their products. One of the best shops in Cologne`s main station.
