It took more than 20 minutes for me to get my burger. And that was it: a burger. No fries, no drink. Okay, the restaurant was full. But 20 minutes to get a simple order is a joke. I lost all my lunch break waiting for it! It should be fast food, not extremely slow food.

It was first in my life. We took away 3 menus for 3 people yesterday evening but when we unpacked it at home we noticed that there were just 2 McCrispy Honig Senf Bacon.
I wish the staff Bon Appétit

Food was nice, struggled to find the place because it’s hidden in a shop. Have to pay some random man 0.50c to use the toilet and he doesn’t take card , after spending €30 on food

There's not even a single proper vegetarian burger with good patty inside. Get some good recipes for vegetarians too. Indian recipe inspiration would be the best. Not good for vegetarians.

Downstairs in Cu0026A, ordered food via interactive screens, friendly staff and plenty of seating. Prefer the German version of the Mcplant burger than the UK

Cannot recommend the place, had to wait for my ice coffee longer than 15 minutes. The staff comes across as rather incompetent, definitely won’t come back there.
