Pretty good for chilling out and relaxing in a sunny day. Would also definitely recommend for rainy days, for a walk maybe, if that's what floats your boat.
There is a small pond there which might make it sometimes uncomfortable because of all the insects.

Nice place to take a walk with your dog, go jogging, or only for a short walk and see the ducks swimming

Nice neighbourhood, sunlight, lake, ducks and ducklings everywhere...did I mention the kids playground and pingpong tables?
