Love my Body Pump classes. Claudia on Thursday mornings does it best.
Also love going through a new circle with my favorite trainer Alex that always gives me good advice and makes me feel great.

My favourite JustFit Club in Cologne. Very spacious and not so crowded...so one can use all the instruments or machines that one needs even in the peak hours. Moreover the views from the windows while working out adds a kind of happy charm to the experience.
