Can't ask for much more. Clean, well designed, good breakfast.

I'd especially like to thank the Hotel Director. She was very nice andnmade sure my every need was taken care of. Best customer service experience I've had in a very long time!

Great location!!! Good breakfast! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is ok.
The negative thing (quite often for this type of German hotels) if hotel is fully booked, internet can be slow or hard to connect. Also for some, the closeness to the train might be annoying (a bit noisy). But that's a normal average hotel, for high demands go and spend more $$$.. For normal hotel on good price and great location - perfect!

Rhilana is very courteous and a hard worker. She aims to please above and beyond. She is very good!

I'm no smoker, but they obviously smoking in rooms... Windows are old and you can hear the street. Could be cleaner..
Breakfast basic but OK, and staff was great

Receptionist, Ann, was very helpful. Perfect location opposite main railway station. Room 502 had a balcony.
