We stayed here for one night and were happy with our stay. The room is nice and clean. The location is great - everything is very close and it was quite at night!
However, we were a bit disappointed by the breakfast. It is good but not special (i.e. they only had only filter coffee, no jam…).
A good location to stay a night and explore the city.

Very nice breakfast and kind service. Very close to Kölner Dom and Hauptbahnhof. I’ll come back to this hotel if I come back to köln.

This is a small hotel within easy walking distance of the train station and cathedral. The rooms are small but comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful with our questions. We only spent one night on this trip but would stay again on a future trip to or through Cologne. The complementary breakfast had a large variety of options to choose from. All in all a very nice "boutique" hotel.

Small hotel big on friendly service! Best breakfast we have had in three weeks of travel. Rooms are small and efficient. Very clean. This will be our first choice when in the area next time around.

This is a nice hotel we stayed at Cologne. The location is convenient, just two blocks from the station. The elevator is very small, but that seems pretty common in Europe. Kids love to climb the stairs. The rooms are pretty clean and comfortable. It is the sister hotel of the other Domstern (a bit bigger and closer to the station, a little more expensive). For the 2 nights stay, we had one breakfast at the other hotel, and second one right at this hotel. The breakfast buffet is very good, with a lot of choices, both for adults and children. We think the breakfast at the other hotel is a little better than this one. But they are all pretty good. The staff are very friendly. There is no staff after late night (if need service need call), but that's no trouble for our stay.

Auch a lovely little hotel! Great rooms, great personel and perfect scrammbled eggs wirh speck for breakfast.
