I have made a reservation at this hostel for two nights. I arrived the first day at 11 PM and surprisingly there was no one to open the door and that door was locked, I knocked at the door , I called the hotel contact number and I ringed the nightbell but I got no response. I had to book another hotel in the middle of the night. The following day I went at 9'30 AM to the hostel the same situation happened , there was no one again to do the check in and like the night before I had to book another place to sleep. It was an unacceptable situation. Logically, I can not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was great!! The rooms are comfy, with individual lights and power plugs, I was in a four bed room. The receptionists are all very friendly and willing to help! Being abke to leave food in the fridge was a very big advantage! And the lockers In the rooms are very big and comfy. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen is very spacious and clean as well. The hostel looks amazing! I'd definitely recommend it

Very good hostel with good prices. Nice location: all sights and Railway station are near (5-10 min by feet). Staff is friendly and helpful, good service. Rooms and linens are very clean. Comfortable beds.
There is a kitchen there where you can cook.
You must pay for the towels if you need it.

Had a one night stay at the hostel and the experience was great. It’s located right next to The Central station so it’s very easy to reach. The kitchen and the common areas are huge. And I like that the room has its own showers and bathrooms. However, the wifi connectivity should be improved.

Great common spaces and very nice staff. The kitchen is great and very clean. The rooms are very well distributed, although the matress could be more comfortable. The wifi connection is very slow and does not reach the rooms.
They have lockers in the rooms and also to leave the luggage for the day for a small fee.
They sell beer a very good prices
The hostel is 5 minutes walking from Köln central station and the main cathedral, perfect location.

Beds are comfortable, staff is knowledgeable and friendly, excellent location near the central station, walking distance to the cathedral, many shops and restaurants. The hostel is huge, has a beautiful courtyard, a second floor work space, a well stocked kitchen with several cook stations, and a pretty decent breakfast with lots of options. I’ve stayed twice and made life long friends here.
It’s my go to spot in western Europe.

Had the room all to myself one night, a rare hostel experience. Make your own bed.
Friendly staff! Big place, makes it feel kinda empty all the time.
Rent the towels and pay a 4 euro deposit on them and hope your suite mates don't cash them in! One laundry machine in the luggage self storage room in the basement.
Lockers in the rooms operate on 1 euro coins, so i locked my bag to the rad with a cable lock.
They have a still and sparkling water machine in the kitchen area :)
