We were in apartment one street behind the hotel. Location is amazing and the gay that showed us apartment was very friendly. But - there is no wifi in apartment, there is no kitchen utensils. There are a few dishes, but there isn't anything to wash them with. The fridge was very dirty and full of mold. Also you can sit only on chairs or beds (no sofa or something similar). So basically you are paying the price only for location.

Don't know what to say about this place, messed up our reservation because we got there after 9pm, after driving from Emden, we didn't get our room overlooking the Rhine, buy gave us a bigger room, which was at street level and had to hear all the partiers and drunks walk by, which was highly annoying! All around the hotel is great, the party scene, restaurants and cafes! Definitely, would not reserve again, many choices around to put up with all that again, but for the price, always demand what you wanted and payed for!

Our suite was not actually in the hotel but a block or so away. We were up on the 5th floor with no elevator so had to carry our luggage a long way up. Unfortunately we were there on a Saturday night and the pub below on other side of walkway was thumping loudly all night and until 5 am. Sunday night was much quieter so I would suggest avoiding on Friday and Saturday nights.

Location was idea, beds very comfortable and lots of space. Location was perfect for a city break. However the shower temperature was temperamental and the towels were as rough as sandpaper.

We stayed here for three nights in july 2017. We are not fussy but arrived to find apartment is not at that address although we wanted to stay on the river but was up the road on a very busy street with no reception.apartmemt itself was fine ,don't rely too much on kitchen and no couch or sitting area.was clean and modern. No cleaning and no reception so after 3rd day we had to buy toilet paper and go back to the hotel to ask to empty rubbish and for more towels. Would probably not recommend for these reasons.

Stayed in an apartment several streets away from the embankment with no service.
The place was run down and badly needs a facelift. Good shower.
Don’t waste your money on the breakfast but opt for eating out.

Excellent location close to the centre. Very good breakfast. Parking is quite close but expensive (16 Euros per day) We stayed in the room opposite the hotel which was adequate but not luxurious.
