Ela is warm and helpful, pointing out with with pride recommendations of certain pieces or explaining the origins of the ones you select. I have brought ten friends along at various times and all end up purchasing something they cannot resist. The pieces are unique and stunning.

My partner has been coming from Wolfsburg for years and we enjoyed browsing this shop together. My partner is always looking for a unique piece of amber, only drilled, without a silver hanger. Then a longer (55 cm) and stable leather strap or rubber. Now we have met a lady three times this year, not the owner. There were always stones between 300 and 400 euros which my partner had chosen. However, my partner would like to have exchanged the short multi-beam straps for longer ones or would like to buy them as well, but the lady always has the same reaction. "We don't have that and we can't get it or make it ourselves." During our visit a week ago, there was also the comment that the tapes cannot be exchanged. My partner then showed it to the saleswoman. The lady offered several times to call the owner and look for possibilities, but said in the same breath that she couldn't reach her boss anyway. My partner then explained again that such a valuable and sensitive stone needs a stable, strong and, if it is comfortable to wear, a band that is at least 55 cm long. Somehow we didn't feel understood, since the lady now repeatedly mentions that it is only real amber, of which we had no doubt. When we had to refrain from buying, we were offered another 5% discount and we were sure that the lady couldn't or didn't want to understand us.
Unfortunate, but after years with great pieces and good experience, now is the time to separate us as a customer from this house.

Meine Meinung zu diesem eigentlich schmucken Geschäft war mal eine ganz andere. Leider sind die letzten drei Versuche, etwas für meine Partnerin zu finden, kläglich gescheitert. Seit Jahren kommt meine Partnerin extra aus Wolfsburg und gemeinsam stöberten wir gerne in diesem Geschäft. Meine Partnerin sucht immer einen Bernstein als Einzelstück, nur gebohrt, ohne silberne Aufhänger. Dazu dann ein längeres (55 cm) und stabiles Lederband oder auch Kautschuk. Nun sind wir in diesem Jahr dreimal auf eine Dame getroffen, nicht die Inhaberin. Es waren immer Steine zwischen 300 und 400 Euro welche meine Partnerin sich ausgesucht hatte. Die kurzen mehrstrahligen Bänder möchte meine Partnerin jedoch gegen längere getauscht haben oder gerne auch zusätzlich kaufen, jedoch kommt es bei der Dame immer wieder zu der selben Reaktion. "Das haben wir nicht und können wir auch nicht besorgen oder selbst herstellen". Bei unserem Besuch vor einer Woche kam dann noch die Bemerkung dazu, daß sich die Bänder nicht austauschen lassen. Meine Partnerin hat es dann der Verkäuferin gezeigt. Mehrfach bot die Dame an, die Inhaberin anzurufen und nach Möglichkeiten zu suchen, sagte aber in einem Atemzug, das sie ihre Chefin sowieso nicht erreichen kann. Meine Partnerin erklärte dann noch einmal, das ein so wertvoller und auch empfindlicher Stein ein stabiles starkes und ob des Tragekomforts ein mindestens 55 cm langes Band benötigt. Irgendwie fühlten wir uns nicht verstanden, da die Dame nun wiederholt erwähnt, daß es sich nur um echten Bernstein handelt, woran wir keinen Zweifel hatten. Als wir dann vom Kauf absehen mussten, wurden uns noch mal 5% Rabatt angeboten und da waren wir uns sicher, das die Dame uns nicht verstehen konnte oder wollte.
Bedauerlich, aber nach Jahren mit tollen Stücken und guter Erfahrung, ist jetzt der Zeitpunkt um uns als Kunde von diesem Hause zu trennen.
