We had a very good stay.

The room is nice and the bed comfortable. Shared bathroom a bit small but clean. The host was helpful and nice as well.
Location: it takes 20min with the tram from Hbf and then 10min walking. Bus is an alternative but it takes more or less the same time (and it doesn't go all the way to Hbf). But this is actually an ok distance.

Keep in mind - Rooms with shared bathroom are on the 3rd floor with no elevator and steep stairs.

Very cool hotel, I was very impressed with how big the rooms were and how comfy the beds are. However, there were no AC and it was really hot.
