The rooms are a bit dated. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. They say that they have limited parking places but actually the parking is somewhere else and they only cover 15€ out of 30€ that the parking costs. The cleaning could also improve. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was nice.

Located in a nice neighborhood of Köln. Several restaurants in the surrounding area and a Rewe almost in front of it. They have parking lot but located around 2 block away from the hotel, where a day costs 30€ and hotel covers only half of it.

Breakfast had limited choice for the money (no buffet). The room (maisonette) was spacious and even had a teras but had simple furniture. The staff was always very friendly.

Alright but not great. Rooms and beds are small, breakfast is a bit sad and it's quite noisy outside (and you need to leave the window open in the summer because no AC)

I stayed two full weeks here for a work trip. My room was spacious, the bathroom too, and equipped with everything one might need. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant downstairs was nice. The area is full of cute little restaurants, bars and cafés. The university and the city centre are within about 15 minutes walking distance and if you prefer public transport that's no problem either. The only other comment I can make, which I think applies to German hotels in general, is that the pillows are much larger and much softer than most other places I've visited, which takes a few nights to get used to

No ironing board in the room. The room was very hot despite the heating being off. Single pane glass noisy outside. Easy to hear other guests in the hotel. Room was clean, bathroom is new and nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Very tiny elevator.
