Worst service ever! We made a reservation 3 months ago to book 2 rooms for Gamescom, which was cancelled by the hotel today (5 days prior arrival) without any effort to fix this issue fast. I had to call them 3 times to get an update on our room status, just to receive a final email telling me they can't do anything for us. Super disappointed!
