I am not a real coffee drinker myself, but it just not common 'not-to-be' esp. in my age and here in Germany, where is well known to consume the most Coffee in the whole entirely world, surpringly more than beer.
To make it shorter, in my German Family, its only me alone who doesnt drink coffee regularly. I couldnt even operate the simple pod-coffee maschine plus how to prepare an espresso using Bialetti's Brikka at home. Due to this tiny little equipment, we gotta go buying the Coffee from time to time and testing out some Cologne's traditional or new shops that sell self roasted coffee. Gliss is located at a side street of Cologne's City Center and has a very good reputation. The lady who served us that afternoon was charming and friendly. The shop looks neat and the price was quite okay. If you want to have a cup of their coffee you could take a quick break and enjoy it at their small coffee corner. You'd find some assorted small sellection of chocolates too and upon request they'd be happy to wrap your purchase as a gift.
