It’s a nice shop, here you can get fast advise and service even print photos or make biometric passport photo for just 15 Euro, I was just wondering why they don’t sell cannon, was looking for canon lenses didn’t see it in the store.

I’ve lived in Cologne for about 6 years now and have often gone there for my analog needs, but whatever lab they are using now absolutely stinks. My recent batch of film I had them process cut my negatives into strips of 4, and they weren’t even clean cuts, one cut straight into an image. Additionally their customer service has been less than pleasant. I’d ordered and pre-paid for replacement parts for a camera to which they told me would be in within a week. They weren’t. Not even 2 weeks later. I think it’s time to find a new camera shop.

Good consumer photography store with great, friendly service and you can also find many nice products for example for analogue gear.
The store which has a great location close to Cologne's city center sell s used and new gear, develop film, print, (which I would not necessarily recommend for gallery shhows). And accessories such as bags and tripods.

They have wide range of products. Second hand cameras are also available in the basement. Sales person who attended us knew English and explained everything about the camera to my daughter. We got the best price of the camera as compared to other places in köln and Amazon. Cherry of the top was when he said you can come to shop if ever you have any problem in operating the camera.

Best photography shop in Cologne. Very wide selection of new and second hand products, competent and friendly staff and also very easy to reach by car and public transportation.

They also have a house fair twice (?) a year where you can attend some events and get discounts on selected items.

Always a pleasure even to look at the storefront. Definitely a suggestion!

Best camera shop in Cologne. I bought a lens from them and after the return period I found out it was defective and they anyhow changed the lens without any fuss...Such a great behavior never happened in any other camera shop!
