The donuts feel way too sweet. The staff was okay. The seating, the setup doesn't feel very well kept or impressive. But it's all you expect at a dunkin, afterall. The coffee sure is good!

If you like unfriendly and incompetent staff, this is the Dunkin Donuts for you. I explicitly asked, if my selection of Donuts has chocolate dough. He said very unfriendly no, all three had it. Disgusting. And on top of it: The donuts tasted old and dry. Allah will judge you, my Arab friend. ????

The worst customer service i have ever seen in Cologne. I went yesterday 29 September at around noon. I ordered Cafe au Lait wich was 2 euros, the guys asks me for 3. I told him its 2. He looks at me then at the menu lookig all confused, then takes the coffee literally from my mouth and he rolls his eyes. Apparently he made me a different order. I am very disappointed with him and his service

The worst donut I ever tried, I felt so bad after eat them, The dough was like okd and the the glaze soo sweet... I thought I'll vomit:(

Was Happy at First, the Personal seemed okay. We said We wanted more than 6 donuts since They have 6 And 12 boxes, And as We ordered 12, They put it in 2 6 boxes And said We had to pay 12.99 € instead of 9.99€ for a 12 Pack, when We complained One of the workers gpt aggressive And ignored us, We kept complaining, And he threw bad words at us. Then he got really aggressive And One of the other Personal had to Hold him Back And Send him away from the pay Desk. After that the other Personal helped us And have us Back our 12.99 And We left there without the donuts.
