Typical lush.
However, compared to other LUSH stores across Europe, I felt SOME staff rather a bit unwelcoming, and hesitant to provide samples. I have received a larger sample size when visiting a different LUSH, and when I asked an employee he said he could not do that because it would almost be a full size? I felt some sort of condescending energy from SOME of the staff. Some staff was very helpful and willing to give me advice on what products to sample.

Great experience, I am buying Lush products for years now.
The service is great, you can try and smell anything u want, all your questions get answered and service is really nice and friendly.
Sadly the store in cologne is really small and can get really crowded during main shopping times.

I like buying soap from Lush because they have no packaging so no garbage. The quality of the soaps is also very good and there are so many varieties. The staff is also very nice and helpful. One think I don't like is the shape of the body soap, does it really have to look like a shower gel bottle? ???? I would prefer a normal soap bar shape, but that is just my opinion.

You can smell lush before spotting the store. Good quality handmade soups shampoos bath bombs... etc. But some stuff are expensive
