I like this Fitness First branch because it's quiet specially in the evening. The equipmenst are amazing and clean, all the equipments that are needed to improve ones body are mostly provided. The Locker room are clean and big space, also the sauna makes good relaxation after your workout. Lastly, the staff are friendly.

One of the best gyms in Cologne. Very roomy with high ceilings and good air conditioning. Equipment is always clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Overall 5 stars.

All the machines you need are here. People working there are very kind and helpful, especially Tugrul who took a lot of time to show and explain the machines to me. It’s very clean, bright, and there’s a lot of space! Thank you ????????

The gym is really nice. Seems to be an old and large warehouse, well ventilated, no walls, no tiny and suffocating rooms. You might find everything you need. It is rarely packed, so very few waiting.

Wether you train in cold dark winter or sunny summer, the room is always quite bright, as opposed to most of the clientele.

Great place to train, friendly staff. Has everything you need for whole body barbell and functional workouts. Also has a sauna and Fridays you can bring a friend for free which is nice. But is quite expensive compared to other chains. So depends on your needs.

Despite the low classification by Fitness First it’s a great club to work out. Very spacious, new workout equipment, clean locker rooms and a friendly staff + they have vegan protein shakes with various vegan milk options.
