The staff were friendly, but I think it can still be improved. Quality of the breads were normal, but didn't feel fresh.

Something which made me give a bad review was the fact that I saw flying insects inside one of bread containers which contained burgers next to the cashier. I'm pretty sure not to visit this branch in future since there is health concerns.

Get myself a breakfast sandwich and coffee here once a week. Place is always busy when I'm there. Selection is good. Vegan options available too. Coffees are extra large.

Good prices and some nice sandwiches and pastries. The coffee is a bit weak but the staff are friendly ☺️

I visited a couple of days ago this shop. I always stop at Backwerk for a black coffee in Chlodwigplatz but yesterday, I was really impressed by the customer service at Venloer Str. At the counter there was this truly genuine and smile guy who by the way was friendly and super kind with each of the client! Thanks a lot

The owner himself very friendly, but a few of them has to be trained again I think

Nice bakery with a good variety of preparwd breads, pastries and salads. It is cheap and tasty. The place has a lot of tables so u can sit and eat or just take it to go.
