We came here as it’s amongst Halal burgers in cologne. Generally, a good burger, tasty and reminds me a lot of shake shack; the place is nice and a short walk away from the main stations. However, hygiene is a concern. The guy who makes the burgers is the person who handles the cash without gloves! this is unacceptable
He also was the only guy cooking the burgers as well as handing the cash transactions and he looks extremely uninterested. The fries are fresh but very dry and overcooked - worst I had. Overall - not coming back

It was really Good! The burger was TOP. And the lady named Besma and the man named Sam, they were really nice. Looking forward to come back ❤️????????????

Pretty classical beef and cheeseburger. Overall it's really good but the fries are not that salty or crisp...

The service and food at Phatburgers is really very amazing. The hospitality is really great. A must visit when you are in Cologne.
