They charge you an exorbitant amount pretending it’s custom charges. You asked them to clarify the invoice. No clear response. Three written reminders later, no answer. Meanwhile you are summoned to pay the bill or be listed as a default payer. Never thought a large company would have such behavior.

waited a month now to get my delivery to move out of germany, still there ! lost 4 customers on the strength of this, not due to industrial action, poor customer service, never again will our company use Fedex, had to purchase same parts again and use another company, shocking service

Our parcel from UK to Israel was lost at this location, more then a month ago! FedEx every time works much worse, we were even yet not able to place a claim (it was a business shipment!) what's wrong with the company indeed? are they working only inside the USA? In order to save your business don't use FedEx!

Very very poor service. My package was supposed to be delivered last April 16 but until now I didn’t received it. And they are not updating it the date of delivery. My Package was sitting there for almost 2 weeks. 1 star is to much for them… BAD SERVICE ever.

Worst delivery company I ever seen.. terrible!!! First they do the mistake about the package, they don't delivery it to you, they ask signature that you get the package, after that they are telling you that is lost somewhere they don't know, and finally that it was destroyed and they have nothing to do with this! (Between 3 weeks) And the most important the support team let you wait 3 more weeks without any answer and support without even take some responsibility! Congratulations

The worst service and customer service ever experienced.
They have English language in their menu but there is no English speaker to talk to.
They just keep you on hold to charge.
I wish I didn’t use their service at all.

One star is a lot for them.

Back to Germany so use this company to bring our belongings for uni. They send an email asking for passport,value of goods( which was already provided) flight tickets and a statement on the reason why we need our box. Why you did not ask this before picking up the package ? Nooo it has to be done once it landed. Call them and they hang up. The customer service is horrible , disgusting

Then again received another mail with more question : are you a legal resident? Send us the invoices ? Send us the flight tickets ?
Thought it was a service not immigration!

Seriously avoid this company.you spend time to print all docs have them check they say it is fine then you received stupid email which I am pretty sure is a cover up as they cannot deliver….and your package will be stuck at their KOEN…whatever facility for days if not weeks

Waiting for them to ask about our ancestry history to release the package.
