Nettes freundliches personal nur kurze Wartezeit. Auto war vorbestellt und auch direkt bereit. Auf alle Wünsche ist Rücksicht genommen wurden.
Man hat sich auch den Moment Zeit genommen um mit einem Umsatz Auto zu gehen um gemeinsam Kratzer oder Co zu sichen waren aber kaum welche und wie man das Licht abbekommt und vorallem wie der Tankdeckel sich öffnen lässt da es ja doch bei jedem Auto anders ist.
Sehr nette Mitarbeiterin.
Auch die Rückgabe nachts außerhalb der Schließzeiten war nie ein Problem Dank des nachtfach.

Bester Kundenservice! Es war Sturm und der Bahnverkehr war ein gestellt. Sehr kurzfristig können ich noch ein Auto bei Sixt reservieren, scheinbar eines der letzten in Köln. Die Station schließt eigentlich um 18 Uhr, da wir von der Messe kamen waren wir erst um ca. 18.30 an der Station, aber wir wurden freundlich empfangen und hatten innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ein Auto mit dem wir nach Hause fahren konnten.
