Quick and easy process. Vehicle was in great condition at a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone renting a vehicle in Europe. Pick up site is a short walk from a tram station that takes you to Cologne Central station too.

Not happy with the behaviour of the personnel. Selfcontent, almost agressive, trying to trick me. Wanted to get rid of a car nobody wanted, seemingly I supposed to be the bird...The car I eventually got was not properly washed, the mats were missing, not cleaned inside. If not in hurry I would not be wasting time with such ones.
