The staff is very good and the prices are ok. It seems a clean place, by the way it look around and the way they handle food.

The pain au chocolat was extremely good but the croissant was extremally burned, I would be ashamed to sell a burned croissant to the customer, it even had burned taste.

I have very mixed feelings about the EPI on Dürenerstr.

The service friendliness used to be quite bad but that has made some significant positive changes.

However, the service proficiency I still find poor. Making people wait while the only person behind the bar leaves to grab a cleaning cloth is not very good training.

I do not blame the service personnel, they are friendly enough, I believe the service TRAINING needs to improve.

The latte for breakfast is velvety smooth and smells wonderful. The baked goods are always fresh and of excellent quality. The staff is always friendly and on their toes! Recommendable.

My tasty chicken/cheese puff pastry was warmed for me which was nice. What is unacceptable is that it was topped with old yellowed leaf parsley, and the salad on the side was of very bad quality. The salad leaves were old, had multiple browned parts and one leaf was even slimy! a Health hazard.

Tasty pastries and good coffee but somewhat over priced.

All 3 staff members need to work on their level of kindness and politeness. Almost no motivation for their job and no interest in making their customers happy.

They have really delicious things but you have to time more than money..One person with kind trying to help but not enough. Wait wait wait and maybe with newspaper or one book is better of course you have big patience forget to your business your family your live... Why one person I never understand..

Very good snacks and good coffee. Too bad there is no wifi. It would be a perfect working environment. Other than that I totally recommend it!

Bread and croissants are good - albeit over-priced - but one specific member of the staff is extremely unfriendly and really makes the impression he's really bothered by the presence of customers.
