I’m new in cologne and joined the studio. I really like all the classes they offer and that I can do as many as I want for a good price. The only thing I really recommend for the studio and I wish they take my recommendation to heart, is that they rethink about their class set up construction. Currently levels 1-2 are together 3–4 and so on. I would recommend making a class exclusively for beginners. It’s unfair to put beginners in a group with people who know so many tricks and turns.its very discouraging. It also makes it very hard for the teacher to focus on beginners and their advanced students at the same time.
I would recommend making a making a workshop/ or six week long course (meeting once a week) and teaching them the basics.
From how to climb, Hand gribs and so on. Step by step. By the end of that course they should be ready for 2,3,4 levels. It could even be made a requirement to proceed on. A type of class guide line stating level 1 needs know xyu0026z to proceed safely into level 2.

I don’t mind having levels 2 and 3 together, it’s just level one.

This also gives the teacher time to focus on individual needs.

If you want to think about it on a profit margin
Price level one 6 week course at 120€ for 6 week workshop. Not to be unfair for beginners but to be fair. The right foundation is the most important step.
