I went yesterday thinking about treating myself to some new benefit makeup since they finally have it at this douglas, I wanted to buy a present, get my eyebrows done (or make an appointment) and buy some clinique products I ran out of, I waited for the benefit lady (with short blond hair) to finish what she was doing, she completely ignored me, not even hello after I was waiting for more than 15min, then she went to cash out someone and people started to line up on that line, so since I needed her assistance I lined up and waited patiently my turned, I was the last on the line, when it was finally my moment to talk to her she walked away very rudely and showed me the sign that said the kasse was closed... I kept trying to talk to her and she just wouldn't stop to listen, I know I'm writing this in English because I'm more comfortable explaining this but my German is good enough and she was so rude that I just dropped all the products I wanted to buy on the counter and left... I live very close this mall and I'm never planning to go back. She was very nice to everyone else except me, she treated me as if I couldn't afford to buy there. Shame on this customer service you cannot just treat people and customers in general like this.
